Program Iptek bagi Kreativitas dan Inovasi Kampus Polban Digital Printing merupakan suatu unit usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang custom merchandise on demand printing. Unit ini didirikan sebagai bentuk aktualisasi diri penulis kegiatan PkM khususnya wirausaha. (PDP) menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT pembuatan rencana strategis usahanya. Analisis metode digunakan untuk menganalisis posisi organisasi berdasarkan empat faktor, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats. Metode dilakukan terbagi kedalam lima tahapan, yaitu: melakukan pengukuran tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap produk diinginkan, identifikasi kekuatan kelemahan competitor, PDP , peluang ancaman PDP, membuat matrik SWOT. telah selesai dijadikan dasar rentang waktu program diusulkan .
